Who are we?

Since 2021, under our Fësch Haff brand, we have been innovating and pushing boundaries in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Our mission? to develop a new model. One that makes the technologies of the future accessible to all farmers, big and small.

From our humble start in the small family garage in Machtum, Luxembourg, where we built our vertical lobster aquaponic farm paired with tropical fruits, our company and team has evolved to meet the challenges every farmer faces. Unstable global ecosystems, energy markets, and an over-production of cheap food from abroad. Food-security starts when we take back control of our own food supply.

Our R&D team has build it, learnt it, and is now ready to share with the world: From automated lettuce farms paired with salmon aquacultures for entirely eco-concious permacultures, to AI-enabled year-round greenhouses, to 5G-enabled robotic monitoring and harvesting, and to carbon and heat capture from industry, there is no challenge too big to overcome, nor resource not worth re-circulating into our economy.

The Pilot: CHARLOTTE

A 5'000 m2 pilot in the heart of Luxembourg. A fully-automated aquaponic lettuce farm feeding 25% of the country with 1'000'000 salads per year, together with the power of a carefully-calibrated natural ecosystem. Powered by bio-gas, collaborating with social labor, agro-PV, and more.
